The Haflinger Room at Meadowood Farm Vermont Stay in our classic farmhouse. Two large guest rooms, Haflinger and Belgian Horseplay, have king beds, sitting areas with TV and private bathrooms. One of the rooms has a twin daybed. Two other rooms in the farmhouse, Horseplay Too, may be used for families. These rooms share a bathroom.

A new addition to our farmhouse offers a luxury suite, the Belgian Suite, with king bed, couches, TV, twin daybed, private bathroom with separate custom tile shower and whirlpool tub and an anteroom with wet bar, refrigerator and lounge chairs. Also, in our new addition is a one bedroom apartment, the Thoroughbred Suite, with king bed, private bathroom, living/dining great room, twin daybed, two TVs, a full kitchen and laundry facility.

A full multi-course breakfast is included for all rooms except the Thoroughbred Suite. In that case, breakfast is $7 per person.

As experienced innkeepers, we place our guests'
comfort as our highest priority.

Rates & Policies

  • Meadowood Farm is open from mid-May through mid-November.
  • Seasonally-dependant nightly guest room rates range from $140 to $180.
  • Nightly rates for the suites range from $165 to $225.
  • Rates are based on single or double occupancy per room.
  • For an additional guest the rate is $20 per night.
  • Family and long-term rates are determined based on each unique situation.
  • We ask a deposit of $100 to confirm a reservation.
  • Visa and Mastercard are accepted as well as personal checks.

    Meadowood has a 7-day cancellation period. Deposits will be refunded, less a $15 cancellations fee if we are notified at least 7 days prior to your arrival. In most cases, if we retain the deposit, credit will be provided for a similar future stay.

Meadowood Farm is pet friendly. There is a seasonally-dependant charge of $10 for a well-behaved dog. Some breeds are excluded. Horses may be boarded at a neighbor's stable for $35 per night.

Meadowood Farm is a non-smoking inn.
